Dmitry Bespalov

About me

I am the Mobile Tech Lead at Safe, with over a decade of experience in software engineering. My expertise lies in mobile development, blockchain technology, and agile methodologies. Currently, I lead a team focused on building mobile applications that enable seamless interactions with smart contracts on Ethereum and EVM-based blockchains.

Previously, I served as a Senior iOS Engineer and Team Lead at Zalando, one of Europe’s largest e-commerce platforms. At Gnosis & Safe, I led the iOS team and took on the role of Mobile Product Owner, overseeing customer research and product roadmap planning. I also co-authored WalletConnectSwift (v1), which allows iOS cryptocurrency wallets to interact with decentralized apps (dApps) via QR codes.
